Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join their client's team in California. This position plays a crucial role in managing financial transactions and ensuring the smooth operation of the accounts payable process. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Processing and managing accounts payable transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Ensuring timely payments to vendors and resolving any discrepancies that may arise.
• Maintaining accurate records of all transactions and updating them in the financial system.
• Collaborating with the finance team to support month-end closing activities.
• Communicating with vendors to address payment inquiries and provide necessary information.
• Reviewing and verifying invoices for accuracy and appropriate approvals.
• Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and documentation as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in accounts payable or a related financial role.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Additional Details

Salary Range: $22 - $25 per hour
